Pictures of our drive to the Retreat

IT WAS COLD OUTSIDE!

This is Pyramid Lake on the way up to Frasier. Mark was driving so I took pictures.

Here we are coming into Gorman

Everything looks good so far the roads are nice and clean no snow or ice as we start into Lebec

Here's what the road looked like as we drove up the mountain

Look close and you'll see all the kids playing in the snow along side of the road.

Here's our driveway

SUE THIS ONE'S FOR YOU!

Wish I had a bunny with those prints!

I just left a long comment and think I deleted it . . . oh well. What cute little rabbit tracks. And what beautiful scenery on the way up. Hope you're having a wonderful weekend. I would love to be there soon!! Sue H.

brrrrrrr....I like my snow from a bit of a distance, no plowing or shoveling required. ;-) It was almost cold enough this week to snow at my house-it did right down the road...and the Cajon Pass was closed for 24 hours-not even sure the Grapevine was closed as long! Enjoy...I am sure Connie and I will see plenty of that stuff in February.
BTW-love the necklace with the heart on it.

Hi Bonnie -- it sure is pretty up there in the snow. Very pretty pictures. Love your new blog. And would LOVE to win a retreat. You are definitely the hostess with the mostest.

Oh it looks gorgeous! We are in Bakersfield so whenever we want to play in the snow we drive up to Frazier. Haven't been yet this year though. And I've NEVER scrapped in the snow! hint hint :) hehehe
