Ghost Pops

Have you ever made these Ghost Pops? They are so easy.....when I made them I used white kleenex( the ones in the square box)  and tied them around tootsie pops with black and orange ribbons. I didn't bother putting the eyes on but you can if you think it's cuter with them. I put them on a large tree I had made out of branches painted black. It was soooooooooo cute I used it in the entry way for a Halloween Party I hosted at a Nursing Home.  There was one for every kid that came through the door. They had so much fun taking them off the tree.
