I found these adorable sombreros on someones blog last year for Cinco de Mayo. I think they would make adorable witches hats If you covered them chocolate first. Here is how to make one, frost the edge of a cookie with icing and roll it in colored nonpareils. Next, coat the bottom and the lower edge of a sugar cone with frosting. Roll the edge of the cone in the nonpareils, then set the cone in the center of the cookie.

Ooh thanks for the comment. I love to make halloween cookies in the shape of fingers and then use almonds for the fingernails:-)
