The weather has been way to hot me. I guess by now you all know I'm pretty spoiled by the weather we have here in Ventura County. If the weather gets over 75 (which it has been lately) it's way to hot for me. I'm off to the beach but I wanted to show you this cute idea first.
I'm always looking for fun things to do with my grandsons when he visits. He doesn't like to go to the beach so I wanted something to keep him nice and cool. I found this cute idea on Little Hands,Big Work.
This looks like it would be so much fun in the pool or tub.
To Make fill muffin tins with water and add a drop or two of food coloring and freeze. The ice will immediately started melting and the colors start swirling in the water. It also makes for a great opportunity to talk about colors, melting, warm and cold. Warning: the water in the tub will be a funky brown by the end of the bath.
I can't wait to make a bunch of these up and keep them in the freezer so I'm ready for the next time my grandson visit.

Hi Bonnie, What a great idea for bath time fun. Don't know about the brown water at the end but I bet the twins would love the colors. I'll try it next weekend.
Hello to Mark too. And how are the little bunnies doing? Hope they aren't growing too fast!!!
